Doha Team's rider Abdel Malek Madani receives his medal after finishing in third spot of 186.7 km first stage of the Perlis Open 2009 in Malaysia.   Anuar Manan of Azad University, Iran won the stage while Vietnam team’s Hung Mai Nguyen came home second in the event. The three -day event, which saw heavy rains on the first day, will end on 30th July 2009.
